Our next level in the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” program is a eight part training module called “Lean Practitioner in Heatlthcare.” This training course starts to build a framework or structure onto the solid foundation of lean concepts that was developed in the Lean Awareness module.
Lean Practitioner in Heatlthcare course allows the learner to develop knowledge about the application and implementation of Lean Principles into their own healthcare facility. The learner receives instructions using the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” model as a guide to define the important activities in a successful lean implementation process. As a learner works through each of these four training modules, they will increase their knowledge of lean principles and their application.
