Our intermediate level in the “10 Steps to become a Lean Enterprise” program is called “Lean Practitioner in Healthcare” and this package includes thirty (30) training modules. This training course starts to build a framework (or structure) onto the solid foundation of lean concepts that was developed in the Lean Awareness module. Lean Healthcare Online training modules teach the same principles that are used in the Toyota Production System (TPS).

These training modules cover the basic application of Lean principles into the workplace. The learner will be required to take an exam and achieve an 80% pass score to receive a Lean Practitioner Certificate of Achievement.
